10 out of 5 stars! Dr. Konda is truly one in a million. From the moment we brought Elsa in, he has shown nothing but honesty, compassion and genuine care for her. Our situation has been very difficult and we were desperate for help but he never took advantage of that. He has always been fair and never overcharged us, which speaks volumes about his integrity. What really stands out is how much time he takes to explain everything. He listens to our concerns and truly values our input -whenever we ask “what if we try this or that,” he takes the time to consider our ideas and talk them through with us. He makes sure we understand Elsa’s condition and all of our options and he does it with respect and kindness. Even on busy days, if he sees me in the lobby, he will stop and check on Elsa, talk with me, and offer advice without charging anything extra. That kind of care is rare. He puts so much heart into caring for pets and supporting the families who love them. We live in San Diego, but we make the drive every week to see him for Elsa’s B12 injections and IV fluids -even though there are clinics closer to us because it's hard to trust other vets once you meet Dr. Konda. Even though Elsa is very sick, Dr. Konda never gave up on her. He continues to look for ways to help manage her pain, support her with nutrition and vitamins and keep her as stable and comfortable as possible. I also want to mention the wonderful team at the clinic, the front desk staff: Haile, Diana, Sofie and the technician Adriana, Lara & others (can't remember their names). They are all kind, helpful and make every visit feel welcoming. Dr. Konda and his team are truly exceptional. We are so grateful for the care they’ve given Elsa 💛. A thousand percent recommended!

Started acupuncture for my elderly dog for back arthritis and weakness. Her back was carrying so low to the ground, I was desperate to try anything for her. It took about 6 weekly sessions along with her other medications but she is RUNNING around and happy and is thriving. Staff is great, resources great, couldn't be happier with her progress.

I LOVE this vet office. Even though it's about a 30-minute drive for me, I'll happily keep making the trip. Adriana, the vet tech, has been wonderful! The doctors are great too — very professional and experienced. This really feels like a no-judgment zone: no pressure about what they recommend, and the prices are better than reasonable. Check them out - I have a new vet now. 🤭

Woah, I can't believe I found this clinic - they're amazing. Dr. Konda is incredibly knowledgeable, truly listens, and focuses on getting to the root cause instead of just treating symptoms. He helped Sunny when we were struggling to find answers. I saw six different vets in San Diego before finding him, and I'm truly amazed. I even drive nearly an hour to see him, and it's absolutely worth every minute. The staff is kind, the clinic is spotless, and the care is outstanding. I'm so happy we found the right place for Sunny.

I’ve used East & West for over three years and have been very satisfied with the service. My dog has problems with seizures, allergies and hypo-thyroidism but has responded to treatments very well. The doctors, technicians and staff are very friendly and competent, and take time to clearly explain any options, whether holistic or traditional medicine. Highly recommended! My dog loves them too!
